General
How do I register for a service?
You can register through our website or by downloading our app. If you have trouble with registration, please email us at Mail@MotherNurtureNetwork.com
Do I need to register in advance?
Registration in advance is required. We set our class limits keeping in mind the comfort and benefit of all those attending the class.
I'd like to bring my partner, grandma, caregiver, etc. to a service with me. Is that okay?
For most classes & workshops this is okay. Please note, there is a $10 fee for each additional attendee you bring to a service, unless course pricing says per couple. Additional attendees, for our support groups, is acceptable on a case by case basis and is determined on the day of the support group given the feedback of others that are attending the group.
How do I schedule a lactation in-home visit?
Call us at (310) 798-9000. You will be directed to our lead lactation consultant.
My age group for Parent & me is full! What do I do?
Please email us at Mail@MotherNurtureNetwork.com and let us know your interest. It takes 8 parents to get a class up and running and once we have a few moms scheduled, we will schedule a date! To learn more about Mommy & Me, click here.
Policies
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to secure your spot for a class or workshop, with the exception of our support groups. Payment can be paid by credit card by accessing our website and by calling (310) 798-9000.
Late Class Policy
Late arrivals are always welcomed but will not be discounted.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 48 hours or more in advanced, the cost of the class or workshop will be credited to your MNN account to be used for any of our future services. 24 hours is required to cancel appointments, all appointment cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be billed the entire appointment amount.
Sick Policy
In order to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our families, we do encourage you to keep your little one home if at any time he/she exhibits any of the following symptoms:
Has a fever (babies must be fever-free for 24 hours without use of fever-reducing medicine before begin allowed into the nurseries)
Has vomited in the past 24 hours
Has had diarrhea in the past 24 hours
Has nasal drainage that is not clear
Is excessively coughing/hacking or sneezing
Has a rash or skin infection
Is lethargic and not feeling well, or seems to be coming down with something
If you have already registered for the class & your little one is sick the morning of the class, please give us a call and we will happily discuss your options. Thank you in advance for helping us strive towards a healthy environment for all!
Please note we sanitize toys before and after every class with natural and safe ingredients. We also provide hand sanitizer by throughout the space to encourage maintaining a healthy environment.
